With Inspired Writing, students use mentor texts as models for their own writing. This lesson provides students with inspiration from their reading of advice letters by “Dear Abby.”
Best of all, this end of the year activity lets students share their thoughts on your class in a constructive, positive way. Use the accompanying prompt to guide students’ responses.
