This free checklist helps TPT sellers make sense of their own Seller Dashboard exports: Keyword Stats, Product Insights, and My Product Stats, without guesswork.

Numbers like “12% conversion” or “40 wishlist saves, 2 sales” don’t explain themselves. Most sellers either ignore their stats or over-interpret them. This checklist gives you the actual questions to ask at each stat, so you can tell the difference between a keyword that’s working and one that’s just getting clicks, or a product that needs a new cover versus one that just needs time.

📊 Walkthrough: what each answer points at — a worked example of every part of this checklist

Working through it, you’ll go stat by stat through three of your own reports, write down what you notice, and end up with a short list of what to look at first instead of a wall of numbers.

This is a low-effort worksheet, not a course. It doesn’t tell you what your numbers should be. It gives you a repeatable way to read them yourself, whatever your niche or store size.

Useful for any TPT seller who wants a clearer read on their Seller Dashboard exports, whether you’re just starting out or managing a large catalog.

  • Keyword Stats checklist: spotting keywords that convert versus keywords that just get clicks
  • Product Insights checklist: reading carts vs. conversions and wishlist vs. sold

How to use this:

  • Takes about 10 to 15 minutes
  • Set your date range to the last 90 days first: the dashboard often defaults to 30, which is often too short to show much
  • No spreadsheet or extra software required
  • Works with your Seller Dashboard open in a tab, or your exported CSVs
  • Each part links straight to the matching report in your dashboard
  • Repeatable: use it again after every new export

What makes this checklist useful is that it treats your stats as a starting point for questions, not a verdict. Instead of asking whether your conversion rate is good or bad in the abstract, you look at what’s actually happening product by product and keyword by keyword, and decide what’s worth your time this week.

Use Clock Buddies to quickly and easily pair students for partnered activities. This is an excellent way to avoid students always partnering with the same person, or partnering with someone they might not work well with. When you need your class to work in partners, just call out the time spot that is appropriate, “Get with your six o’clock buddies.” Note: For older students, you can change the name to “Clock Partners”.

This packet gives you many choices to print different sizes of blank Clock Buddies charts. For example, you might want to use the smaller ones on students’ desks, or the large one to put in students’ folders or binders.

Included in this packet:

Page 1 – Cover

Page 2 – Introduction to Clock Buddies: What are Clock Buddies? Page 3 – Directions on how to successfully set them up and use them in your classroom, and other tips.

Page 4 – An example of a filled out Clock Buddy chart.

In my classroom, we talk a lot about setting goals and working towards learning targets. Whether those targets are academic, work habits, or social, they are all important for your students’ success. Target Tags have been an amazing addition to my classroom! They have helped my students more clearly understand the learning targets, work habits, and behaviors that I am looking for in my classroom. Students love to share their Target Tags at with their parents at conference time. They can speak confidently about which targets they are doing well with, and which ones they are still working on.

This fun Superhero freebie will help set the tone for an awesome year!

My Target Tags measure 2 in. tall by 1.5 in. wide. This allows 25 tags to fit on each page, so one page of each tag will be enough for most classrooms. *NOTE: If you prefer larger tags, however, you can print out the tags at a custom zoom level of 130-135% and change the orientation to landscape. This will print out 15 on a page.
