This a free sample of my Reading Comprehension and Fluency Passages and Questions: Short Vowels.

These short vowel reading comprehension and fluency passages are designed for the students who can decode basic cvc words but struggle with basic comprehension. The passage has 5 different comprehension pages to help support comprehension and fluency. Each page focuses on a different skill. They are listed below.
