Welcome to my store! I wanted to share a free resource that I created as a digital activity for my students.

A robot has infiltrated their assignment and students need to solve addition and subtraction problems to solve the sequencer that will shut it down! This activity also reviews place value in order to solve the sequence.

The great thing about this activity is that it auto-grades. If the cells where they input their answers turn green, then they got it correct! If they type in the correct sequence of digits, then the “false” message will be replaced by something else!

It can be attached to Google Classroom or Schoology as a Google Sheets assignment.

My 7 year old daughter created this “see and write” worksheet all on her own! She came up with the idea and drew it out all by herself. We worked together to create it in Powerpoint™ and she wanted nothing more then to share it with the world so that kindergarteners can try it out at home!

Your child/student can look through the binoculars to see what they can find! Let them sound out their words to fill in the blanks. What a fun way to start learning how to write.

This 18-page catalog includes learning intentions, success criteria, vocabulary, technology links, and student-centered commentary for 13 learning experiences in chemistry, comprising an entire introductory unit of the course. Topics include reasons to study chemistry, the scientific method, basic chemistry terminology, the periodic table, physical and chemical properties, mass, volume, density, states of matter, kinetic molecular theory, forces of attraction, temperature, direction of heat flow and phase change, physical / chemical change and chemical equations, chemical reactions and equations, and the laws of conservation.

Though this resource is not a collection of complete classroom lessons, it does describe the lesson PowerPoints and digital, distance learning lessons which will post to my store within the coming weeks. It is perfect for physical science or chemistry teachers who are looking for ideas as they contemplate how they might (1) create a more student-centered environment in their classroom and/or (2) deliver complex content in a coherent way to achieve deep learning in a virtual classroom.

Each learning experience outlined uses technology to prompt a scientific-method-based investigation that builds critical thinking skills and provides the potential to produce artifacts that can be used to demonstrate learning and mastery. The technologies outlined are free, easily accessible and compliment diverse learning styles. In this free, preview catalog, suggestions for guided questions and/or graphic organizers are not included.

This is a 30 card digital task card deck hosted on the BOOM Learning website that covers Multiplication Fact Fluency 0 – 12 facts. Students are asked to identify multiplication 0 – 12 facts. These digital task cards would be great on a laptop, desktop, Chromebook, tablet, or any mobile device that is able to access the internet. These can even be used on a SMARTBoard. The digital task cards are self-grading. There is no printing, laminating, storage, and no prep needed.
