Directed Drawings are a fun no prep activity to target your language skills in your speech therapy sessions, RTI groups, language arts centers, ELL classes, small groups, general education classes, and distance learning classes! This is a free sample of the Language ART Directed Drawing set for How to Draw an Owl to target 3 different language skills while doing a fun fine motor activity and creating art! This set includes step-by-step instructions of how to draw a cute owl (perfect for anytime in the year). Before each drawing step, the student is prompted to practice their language skill. Directed drawings are a natural way to practice following directions and basic concepts.

Multiplication Fact Fluency 0 – 12 Facts – BOOM Cards – Digital Task Cards

This is a 30 card digital task card deck hosted on the BOOM Learning website that covers Multiplication Fact Fluency 0 – 12 facts. Students are asked to identify multiplication 0 – 12 facts. These digital task cards would be great on a laptop, desktop, Chromebook, tablet, or any mobile device that is able to access the internet. These can even be used on a SMARTBoard. The digital task cards are self-grading. There is no printing, laminating, storage, and no prep needed.

Please note: This is not a printable resource. This download will give you a PDF that will link you to the Boom Cards on the Boom Learning website.

I use this activity with my class every year when we are learning about setting goals. I tie it in with new year’s resolutions.

After we finish our rough draft, we transfer it onto our final copy and draw a nice large self portrait! They make a super cute bulletin board display!

Cut out the reindeer number sentence cards, laminate for durability and place them around your room. Give each child a recording sheet and let them get some wiggles out while also being productive and practicing their math skills!

There are 2 different levels included. The first group of reindeer can be used for “Adding Doubles and 0” and the second group is for
“adding 1” to help accommodate different learning levels.

This is a great listening center with Christmas video songs. The students will scan the QR codes and listen to their favorite Christmas song.

All you need is an iPad, iPod, tablet, etc and download the free QR reader app. The students will use this app to scan the QR codes and become actively engaged listening and watching Christmas video songs.

This is a display I made up for The Ten Commandments. Simply print, laminate and off you go! I have adapted the wording and put into a more kid-friendly phrasing!

You could also use these cards for the kiddo’s to put the commandments in the right sequence.

I’ve been using them with magnets as I talk about each one, and getting the kids to guess what each one is about based on the images!

I am looking forward to hearing how you use these in your class. I hope you have as much fun with them as I do!
