FREE MATH LESSON – “Factoring GCF a=1 Task Cards (Digital/PDF)”

by Activities by Jill
8th – 10th Grade

This FREE download includes both a PDF and digital Google Slides version of this activity.

Links are included for both a student copy of the task cards and an answer key. You may combine them if you want to create a self-checking activity. I felt that Google Slides was more user friendly than Google Forms for this particular set of task cards.

Need to provide your students with engaging practice? Task cards are great for this whether they are used traditionally or digitally.

Ten task cards are included in this free resource. Students will factor out the greatest common factor, then finish by factoring the polynomial expression completely. All factoring will be done with the “a” value equal to 1.
