Hamlet Scene Summary Visual Notebook

Product Description
This resource has been created as a substitute for the traditional “questions and answers” method we are used to. As teachers, our goal is to make sure students understand the important elements from the play, but we also want to engage them in a “hands-on” fashion.

Studies demonstrate that Sketch noting and doodling help students retain information and understand concepts better than simply answering questions.

This resource allows students to complete notes during the reading process and use the images and heading provided to help them know what the focus should be on.

This is also an excellent study and review tool.

Included in this resources is:

-a note taking page for every scene in the play
-a note taking page for every soliloquy in the play
-a comprehensive answer key for all scenes and soliloquies

FREE MATH LESSON – “Decimals | Skills Poster”

by LittleStreams

5th – 8th Grade

This poster is intended to lay the groundwork for a very basic understanding of how Decimals work, without relying on a comparison to Fractions or Percentages at the very first hurdle.

We think that a student should understand the principles of decimals in relation to numbers which are a power of 10, before comparing and contrasting them with Fractions and Percentages. This way, an understanding of fraction conversion can become even stronger later down the line.

Download the FREE poster right away, give us a rating, and follow us to stay updated with all forthcoming products! We appreciate your time.

FREE MATH LESSON – “Color Monthly Calendar Templates”

by Fun To Teach

1st – 3rd Grade

Twelve great monthly calendar templates for elementary students. There is a template for each month of the year.

Add these calendars to your math time and teach your students math skills around days, weeks, and months. There are plenty of squares to fill in dates, holidays, and birthdays. Older students can fill in homework, holidays, and activities during the month. Print these calendars to help your students get more organized in their life and activities. Teach students to keep track of events with calendars.

Lesson Plan:
-At the beginning of each Month have your students fill in the calendar with numbers, special days in the month and holidays.

-Decorate the calendar according to the month. Turkeys for November, hearts for February, etc. Each day have students fill in the worksheet page.

Variation:
Print calendars then place them in a sheet protector for use. Write on, wipe off and hang anywhere.
