Hamlet Scene Summary Visual Notebook (Digital Resource)

***NEW – The Hamlet Visual Notebook is now available in digital format on Google Slides for distance learning.

This resource has been created as a substitute for the traditional “questions and answers” method we are used to. As teachers, our goal is to make sure students understand the important elements from the play, but we also want to engage them in a “hands-on” fashion.

Studies demonstrate that Sketch noting and doodling help students retain information and understand concepts better than simply answering questions.

This resource allows students to complete notes during the reading process and use the images and heading provided to help them know what the focus should be on.

This is also an excellent study and review tool.

Included in this resource is:

❒a note taking page for every scene in the play

❒a note taking page for every soliloquy in the play

❒a comprehensive answer key for all scenes and soliloquies

FREE LANGUAGE ARTS LESSON – “Social Skills | Language for Conflict Resolution | Peer Interactions Assessment”

by Looks Like Language
4th – 12th Grade

SLPs, do your students lack higher-level social language skills? If so, it can be difficult for them to be successful in peer interactions or group assignments. This informal assessment is helpful for speech/language therapists, school counselors, and psychologists. It can help you define specific areas of need and show progress in the following hard-to-measure skills.

Included are:

* A short questionnaire to informally assess your students’ language for politely offering and accepting opinions, disagreeing, explaining point of view, apologizing, negotiating, and compromising.

* A rubric for informal measurement of these skills.

I’d so much appreciate it if you would provide kind feedback as a thank you!

I love happy feedback and encourage you to ask a question at my store if something isn’t right so I can fix it. Also, be sure to follow me to find out about new products, which are 50% off for the first 24 hours.

Thanks for stopping by! Linda@Looks-Like-Language
