Here is a FREE Daily 5 Reflection Sheet for students that we use in our intermediate classroom. This is a nice self-assessment to see how students used their time during the Daily 5.
Students are asked to identify the choices they made for the day, rate themselves on how they did, and provide some feedback for themselves.
